血小板源性生長因子（Platelet-Derived Growth Factor，PDGF）是一種在多種生理和病理過程中起重要作用的細(xì)胞因子。PDGF由兩條不同的多肽鏈組成，通過二硫鍵連接成二聚體，這使PDGF具有三種形式的二聚體結(jié)構(gòu)，即PDGF-AA，PDGF-BB及PDGF-AB[1-3]。這些二聚體通過與兩種類型的受體（PDGFR-α和PDGFR-β）結(jié)合來激活細(xì)胞內(nèi)信號傳導(dǎo)途徑。PDGF-BB主要由血小板、巨噬細(xì)胞和肥大細(xì)胞產(chǎn)生，尤其在損傷后由血小板分泌。PDGF-BB作為一種有效的促有絲分裂因子，能夠促進(jìn)細(xì)胞的增殖和血管生成。另外PDGF-BB在腫瘤的生長發(fā)育過程中起著重要的作用，它參與了腫瘤的血管生成，并且是腫瘤診斷和識別的重要生物標(biāo)志物[4-5]。
